Transport
The scale of transport problems in Sydney and NSW requires dramatic solutions. The government has spent most of its first two years devising plans that largely reflect previous unbuilt plans. It deserves credit for committing billions on a train line to the north-west, though there are big questions over the model it has chosen. And it deserves credit for promising to expand light rail.
