Tatts Group Sale of its South African Gaming Operations
Tatts Group today announced that it has entered into an agreement for the sale of all
of its interest in the Company's South African gaming operations to Grand Parade
Investments Limited (a South African based company listed on JSE Limited) for a
sale price of R170 million.
The sale is subject to certain conditions precedent, including various South African
regulatory approvals, and is expected to complete during the first half of calendar
2010.
