APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
RCR Tomlinson Ltd (ASX:RCR) is pleased to announce that Mr Darryl Edwards has been
appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 9 November 2009.
Mr Edwards is a Company Secretary with over 15 years' experience and was awarded
Corporate Governance Professional of the Year for a less than ASX 100 Company in 2008 by
Chartered Secretaries Australia.
Mr Edward's qualifications include commerce and secretarial practice and he has also
studied law at Murdoch University. His most recent appointment was as Company Secretary
and Group Manager Legal for Perilya Limited.
Mr Edwards is a Fellow of Chartered Secretaries Australia, a member of Chartered
Secretaries Australia's WA Branch Council and a member of the Australian Institute of
Company Directors.
He brings a wealth of experience to RCR Tomlinson Ltd in the area of corporate governance.
