Increase in Director's Holdings
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.19A.2, we advise of increases in the
shareholdings of Roger Dobson, Deepak Gupta, and Peter Done, non-
executive directors of the company. We also advise of increases in the
holdings of John McBain and Jason Huljich, executive directors of the
company. An Appendix 3Y in respect of each issue of shares is attached.
Mr Dobson has recently married and due to an administrative oversight, the
ASX was not informed of the existing shareholdings of his new wife by way of
an Appendix 3Y within the time period allowed under Listing Rule 3.19A. It
should be noted that these shares were owned by Mrs Dobson prior to Mr
Dobson's appointment as a director of Over Fifty Group and prior to her
engagement and marriage to Mr Dobson. It is debatable whether or not they
actually are shares in which Mr Dobson has a notifiable interest.
Directors are aware of their disclosure obligations in relation to the listing rules
and Directors have a copy of an internal policy document which highlights
their responsibilities under Listing Rule 3.19A. A further memorandum will be
circulated to directors alerting them to the possibility of a technical non-
compliance with the listing rules for shares in which the director may have a
notifiable interest.
I hope this will be taken as a minor, unusual case. Our Directors have a well
documented history of lodging Change of Interest notices on time and this will
continue to be their practice.
