RHG Announces On-Market Share Buyback
RHG Limited wishes to announce, as part of its capital management strategy, its intention to
undertake an on-market share buyback of up to 10 per cent of its issued shares over the next 12
months. This buyback will be done in accordance with the Corporations Act.
In accordance with regulatory requirements RHG has today given 14 days notice of its intention
to commence the on market share buy back to ASIC and the ASX.
