SHARE PLACEMENT
The Directors of Aurium Resources Limited (ASX Code: AGU) ("the Company") are
pleased to advise that the company has raised $1,887,000 by way of a placement
through the prospectus dated 21 October 2009 of 94,000,000 fully paid ordinary
shares at an issue price of 2 cents with one free option for ever Share issued and
70,00,000 partly paid shares at an issue price of $0.0001.
The capital raised of $1,887,000 will be used to further the Company's exploration
activities, the identification of any potential new projects and to provide working
capital.
