ASX RELEASE
20th November 2009
CHAIRMAN'S ADDRESS-
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Today marks a milestone date in the short history of your Company, Integra Mining Limited.

This morning your Board met and resolved to accept an offer of project finance from Westpac
Banking Corporation and BNP Paribas. The project finance together with the shareholder
approval of the Tranche 2 issues of shares means that subject to the outstanding regulatory
permits and approvals, construction and initial mining activities can commence at the Randalls
Gold Project.

The path from junior explorer to a producer is not an easy one, and I would like to take this
opportunity to thank all the Integra Mining staff, employees, consultants and service providers
who have enabled your Company to achieve this significant milestone. It is worth noting that
in mid 2004 Integra had no Mineral Resources which could be reported in compliance with the
JORC Code. In a very short 5 years, the Company now has 1.8 million ounces of resources,
has made a significant greenfields gold discovery at Salt Creek and is now on the threshold of
becoming only the second company in the past decade to bring a new gold discovery into
production as a stand-alone operation in Western Australia.

Chris Cairns as your Managing Director leads an outstanding team of enthusiastic and
dedicated people who I am confident will ensure the project' construction and mining activities
will be carried out in a safe and environmentally responsible manner and within project budget
and timeframes.

Chris, to you and your team, well done and I look forward to seeing your achievements over
the next period of time when Integra Mining Limited will become a successful gold producer.

This morning Mr Richard Maltman has accepted the invitation of your Board to become a Non-
Executive Director of the Company. Mr Maltman is a graduate from UWA, completing a
Bachelor of Laws with Honours, a Bachelor of Commerce, and is also a graduate of the
Australian Institute of Company Directors. Mr Maltman has also operated his own law firm
specialising in mining and resources matters and also lectured in Accounting and Finance at
the University of Western Australia and in Business Law at James Cook University. The Board
welcomes Richard and looks forward to working with him over the next few years.

Also this morning, Mr Rowan Johnston has accepted the invitation of the Board to become an
Executive Director of the Company. Rowan has been working as the Project Manager of the
Randalls Gold Project over the past 2 years and has been responsible for the successful
completion of the feasibility study.

Rowan is a West Australian School of Mines graduate, majoring in Mining Engineering. He
commenced his professional career in Kambalda and has since worked for consultants,
contractors and owners in France, Indonesia and throughout Australia over the last 25 years.
His most recent experiences include General Manager for Fox Resources at Radio Hill in
Karratha, Principal Mining Engineer for SRK Consulting, and Project Manager for Westonia
Mines.
