NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A
Peninsula Minerals Limited (the Company) hereby gives notice pursuant to Section 708A
(5)(e) of the Corporations Act that it has issued 5,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the
Company (Shares) without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act
2001.
The Company issued the Shares as part consideration for the purchase of seven highly
prospective state uranium minerals leases covering 5,640 acres in Crook County,
Wyoming.
The Company states that as at the date of this notice:
(a)
It has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act 2001 as
they apply to the Company and Section 674 of the Corporations Act 2001.
(b)
It is not aware of any excluded information for the purposes of Section 708A (7)
and (8) of the Corporations Act 2001.
As Appendix 3B will respect to the issue of these Shares was lodged by the Company with
the ASX on 20 November 2009.
