RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT
OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER &
COMPANY SECRETARY

MHM Metals Limited (ASX:MHM) advises that Mr Richard Rybak has resigned from his
role as Chief Financial Officer and joint Company Secretary. Ms Annabelle Brooks has
also resigned from her role as joint Company Secretary.
Mr Jason Thiele has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer effective 14 December
2012. Jason is a senior finance professional with over 20 years experience across a
range of large organisations.
Mr Peter Ansell has been appointed Company Secretary of MHM Metals Limited
effective 14 December 2012. Peter is a solicitor based in Geelong and is well placed to
take on the role as he has acted as Company Secretary for a number of organisations
including a significant Geelong based manufacturing company. Peter has over 25 years
combined experience in legal practice and corporate governance.
