In a nutshell Turbulent times in Summer Bay as Steven (Adam Willits) prepares
to leave for "university in the city" (curiously, he returns years later as
manager of a fast food outlet), Bobbie (Nicolle Dickson) announces her intention
to foster a child and Ben (Julian McMahon) admits he's never milked a goat.
These are the golden years - characters such as Sophie (Rebekah Elmaloglou),
Carly (Sharyn Hodgson), Emma (Dannii Minogue) and Grant (Craig McLachlan)
populate the landscape and it all seems so very mid-'80s.
